I have had a dynamic career journey that includes roles in customer service, sales, software testing, and quality control, all of which have honed my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. In all of my roles, I found myself consistently improving processes and experiences for the end customer. My focus has always been on aligning people, processes, and tools to drive impactful outcomes for customers. I am interested in how people learn, and I want to improve and create engaging learning experiences. I’m now looking to apply my previous work experience, along with my education, to a Learning and Development or Instructional Designer role.
